The May 31, 2003, Executive Board meeting of ARCC, Inc. was called to order at 12:15 by President David Laustsen, W3LAW, at the Holiday Inn, Fort Washington, PA.

Treasurer’s Report: Vince Bardsley, KB3OM, reported a checking account balance of $2,178.95 and the savings account balance of $3,799.49.

Secretary’s Report: Roger Purdy, W2NWL, read the minutes of the November 16, 2002 meeting.

President, Dave Lausten, W3LAW announced that Gene Pressler, W3ZXV has been appointed to the position of Vice President, Emeritus and thanked him for his service to ARCC. President Lausten then presented Gene, W3ZXV with a gift of a very unusual, hand crafted clock.

President Lausten, opened a discussion on the proposed By-Law changes after a discussion a motion was made to publish them in the newsletter and announce a vote will be taken to accept the changes at the next General Meeting in the fall of 2003.

A discussion followed on the publication of the ARRL Repeater Directory. Database Manager, Jeff DePolo,WN3A, will work on some suggested guidelines for submission of ARCC date for publication.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 14:15 hours.
